Mantellum Matris Academy (MMA) is a registered private school satellite program in California and is a legal option for those residents under which to homeschool; but we are also a school-of-record option under which to homeschool for residents of other states!

 

While you, parents, are the primary educators of your children, ​I act as your principal, school counselor, and administrator of your cumulative files (school records), doing so in accordance with normally accepted private school practices.

MMA is not accredited and I do not believe accreditation is necessary for any reason in grades K-12. (Read here for more on accreditation.) For over 30 years, our official transcripts and diplomas have been accepted at colleges and universities, including all in the California UC and State system; vocational and trade schools; religious orders; all branches of the military; and throughout the workforce, without question.

MMA does not dictate or provide curricula. What sets us apart from other programs is that you are free to choose and purchase the curricula of your choice, that which is best suited for your families and children. You may also create your own course of study tailored to each child's passions, strengths, and weaknesses, thus offering a truly Catholic liberal education.
