Angelic Doctor Academy

Angelic Doctor Academy is a Traditional Catholic homeschool for grades 9 – 12. We think parents will appreciate our solid Catholic curriculum (including many new Catholic textbooks). Our unique grading system saves parents from the tedium of correcting schoolwork, allowing them to concentrate on teaching, guiding, and parenting.

Archangel Institute

SoCal families! St. Michael's Abbey "Archangel Institute" is a faith-formation program for young men aged 14-18. The Institute offers weekly in-person high school-level religion courses, spiritual outreach to parents, and quarterly father-and-son days of recollection to foster authentic Catholic maturity among our youth. Additionally, the Institute continues the Prep School's long-standing tradition of an annual pilgrimage to Rome for fathers and their sons.

Bellarmine Studies

Bellarmine Studies offers quality academic courses from a Traditional Catholic worldview to homeschool students grades 4 - 12. Students are taught from the wellspring of the Western intellectual heritage, focusing on the key subject areas of Latin, History, Philosophy, and Traditional Catholic Theology. Classes are offered online, and in-home private instruction and tutoring may also be arranged.

Catholic Finishing School

Forming young women for Heaven and Earth! Your daughter will grow and mature from this program rooted in truth, goodness, and beauty. She will engage in topics that matter: style, purity, prayer, health, friendships, vocation, etiquette, presence, & more. She will emerge a more poised, prayerful, Catholic woman, clear in her identity and confident in her vocation. Program includes video lessons, workbook, and optional monthly formation calls with guest mentors.

Chant for Children

Giorgio Navarini, founder and director of the male vocal ensemble Floriani, offers a complete and beautiful online course for ages 7-18. This course is liturgically-based using primary sources and the greatest music of Western Civilization, and includes music theory and sight-reading. This is a tremendous resource for all homeschooling families!

Eleanor Bourg Nicholson

What do you get when you combine homeschooling, Gothic literature, devotion to St. Dominic and to the English Catholic martyrs, university specialization in Anti-Catholicism of the British Victorian Period, and a sense of humor? The resident Victorian literature instructor at Homeschool Connections, Eleanor, with her husband, homeschools their five children. By night, she reads the Victorians, writes Gothic novels, and cares for small children.

The Avila Institute's Mary, Queen of the Home Academy, is an online homeschool program which assists parents in forming their children and equipping them for adult Catholic life. MQHA is open to all 11th and 12th grade high schoolers, or with parents’ discretion for those in earlier grades. Current classes offered in Theology and Latin.

Our Lady of Victory

Our Lady of Victory home study program was founded in 1977 by Roman Catholic laymen and was the first Catholic home school program established in the country. For over 35 years their apostolate has been dedicated to providing parents with the support and confidence that they need in order to succeed in their home school endeavors.

Queen of Heaven Academy

Live and asynchronous classes. Learn Church Latin for free! SCCC's basic philosophy of learning Church Latin is that textbooks should be the prayers and texts of the Church. After all, if those prayers and texts are what you want to learn to understand, you should get started with them immediately! Site lists many, many resources for learning at all levels.

TAN Academy

TAN Academy is a comprehensive K-12 homeschool which seeks to educate their students and families to desire the highest things—the good, the true, and the beautiful. TAN Academy’s guiding precepts are the education of children and the formation of families, which is achieved by the characteristics of our curriculum, which is trustworthy, simple to use, and is given at an affordable price.

Angelicum Academy

A beautiful Catholic Classical Liberal Arts program and curriculum. Excellent study guides for use in teaching the Good Books and Great Books. Full curriculum includes online classes and AA and BA college tracks partnered with multiple good, Catholic colleges which enable students to receive their degrees alongside their studies in high school.

Arts of Liberty

The Arts of Liberty Project is an online, interdisciplinary resource for teachers and students. Resources include complete Liberal Arts courses, Great Books Study Guides, and Art and Architecture Galleries. The entire web site is a collaborative effort, involving scholars from around the world who are actively engaged in liberal education at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

California Athletics

This is an excellent homeschool sports program started by a homeschooling father and former military pilot. California Athletics provides Fundamentals of Sports PE classes for home schooled students in all areas of Southern California, as well as classes in Woodworking, Aviation Science, and competitive sports team opportunities. Classes are open to student's grades K-12.

Handing It On

Penmanship isn't just for young ones! High School students can most definitely benefit from good handwriting practice. Handing It On is a handwriting program designed to hand on to our students: Catholic tradition, the language of the Church (Latin), and penmanship skills. I homeschooled our boys for 15 years, during which time I developed and used this program.
